Faculty - Interventional Cardiology

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership to advance excellence in patient care, education, innovation and research within a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Oversee all aspects of interventional cardiology services, and catheterization lab operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and clinical outcomes.

Maintain a high level of clinical productivity while ensuring excellent patient outcomes while leading the development and expansion of advanced interventional programs.

Collaborate with hospital leadership to align goals with the strategy of the HVI.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology
• 10+ years of demonstrated clinical experience in interventional cardiology (in advanced coronary and structural interventions)
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
• Track record of clinical excellence, program development, and academic contributions
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Academic appointment or eligibility for faculty rank commensurate with experience
