Faculty Development Specialist for USSF EPME

About the Role

Responsible for creating and leading a formal faculty development program including military and contract instructors. Must have knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, especially regarding an adult student audience and active learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly research teaching methodologies to assist instructors with incorporating effective practices into their instruction.
• Observe instructors in class and provide feedback on areas of strength and suggestions for areas to improve or build upon.
• Provide training sessions to instructors and staff on various topics related to education.
• Assist instructors in designing active learning modules for their courses.
• Expanded duties as the program develops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a faculty development role, position, or department.
• Ability to attain a Top Secret Clearance level.

Pay

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000. Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements.

This is a contingent position at the time of this posting. Funding is expected no later than 1 September 2026.
