Faculty - Assistant or Associate Professor, Family Across the Lifespan Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in implementing innovative teaching methods and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new curriculum and instructional strategies
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance student learning outcomes
• Evaluate teaching effectiveness and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current in educational trends and best practices
• Maintain high standards of academic integrity and ethical conduct

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in higher education administration or teaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
