Factory Operative

Duties

• Assembly of modular apartments, bathrooms & utility cupboards
• Basic carpentry
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Electrical & other maintenance duties
• Ensure all Company procedures are followed
• To undertake any training as required, and to also assist in the training of other team members in the tasks you are proficient at
• Ensure factory areas and your work space is kept tidy and clear
• To work safely and take responsibility for the Health & Safety of yourself and your colleagues
• To work any other duties required by factory supervisors

Skills And Attributes Required

• Previous assembly or basic construction experience (preferred but not essential)
• Manual handling and use of power tools (preferred but not essential)
• A flexible Team player with a responsive and can do attitude
• Ability to follow a process and work to targets – H&S, Quality and Productivity
• Punctual with an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills

HOURS & SALARY

• Permanent PAYE Position
• Weekly Paid
• Holidays: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 16:00pm
• Friday 7:30am to 15:00pm
• 40hr working week
• Monday to Friday
