About the role

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation of HVAC-related equipment throughout the facility. Ensures all building systems, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC-related equipment
• Perform minor installations of HVAC systems
• Ensure building systems and equipment are safe and operational
• Move furniture and equipment to support facility operations
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliance systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Pay

$19.95–$30.92 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary by location.
