About the role

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation of HVAC-related equipment throughout the facility. Ensures all building systems, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition. Move furniture and equipment to support facility operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and appliance maintenance and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Pay

$19.95–$30.92 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
