Facility Team Member - Sudbury Fieldhouse

About the role

We’re looking for reliable, responsible team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping a space running smoothly.

Schedule

• Weekday afternoons: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm
• Weekend shifts: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Availability to work weekends and at least one weekday per week

Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility during your shift; handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting; assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility and setting up/taking down sports equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safety: Assist with general operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Dependability: Be on time and responsible, as you're often the first point of contact.
• Reliability: Show up consistently, even early, to ensure smooth operations.
• Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
