Facility Support Technician
About the role
Synergen is seeking a Facility Support Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, located in Bossier City, Louisiana. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklift, CTL, tracked carrier, etc.
- Aid in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory of ancillary items in designated spaces
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed
- Understand and assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Conduct periodic CMV audits and Quarterly Vehicle Inspections
- Communicate regularly with supervisors on issues, changes, and specific needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including JSA’s, equipment inspections, and checklists
- Execute tasks to the highest standard and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
- Ability to lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members
- Capacity to organize, clean, and present the facility and work area
