Facility Support Technician

We are seeking a dependable Facility Support Technician to help keep its manufacturing facility safe, clean, and operational. This role supports the maintenance team with basic repairs, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and moving materials. It’s a good fit for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and supporting a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic facility and equipment maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and help keep equipment in working order.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Move materials, tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Help with facility projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools.
• Manufacturing, maintenance, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, climb, and move around an industrial facility.
• Work safely around equipment, materials, and active production areas.

Pay

$18–$22 per hour, with overtime opportunities
