Facility Support Project Manager

About the role

ISN Corp is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager (PM) to oversee, manage, and support a multi-disciplined workforce performing facility maintenance functions. These functions include preventative maintenance, scheduled and emergency repairs for various property types such as dormitories, commercial kitchens, offices, classrooms, sports fields, as well as mechanicals, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

This is a full-time, on-site position during normal working hours. The PM must be available within 2 hours, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for emergency response. The PM will serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and be responsible for overseeing personnel management, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, compliance, and overall contract and task order performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a multi-disciplined workforce performing facilities maintenance functions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including government personnel.
• Coordinate facility support issues with government personnel.
• Manage personnel, risk, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Ensure overall responsibility for contract and task order performance.
• Oversee property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards.
• Maintain excellent written and oral communication with vendors, government personnel, and internal management.
• Respond to emergencies within 2 hours, 24/7.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager of a multi-disciplined workforce performing facilities maintenance functions and support.
• Knowledgeable in overseeing property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards.
• Ability to work well with government personnel to coordinate facility support issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship and pass a background check.

Qualifications

Must possess at least one of the following:

• A 4-year engineering degree from an accredited college.
• Any combination of five (5) additional years of commercial property experience as a journeyman craftsman in construction or facility engineering fields, design or construction management in the engineering field, or construction/facility-related experience in the business field as it relates to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hazardous material or waste regulations, or fire systems (including alarms and sprinklers).

Preferred but not required: Previous experience working on a federal government contract managing commercial property.
