About the role
Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility during the assigned shift, including monitoring the boilers, turbines, and steam plant. The supervisor will conduct routine tours of the plant and oversee the work of operators. Additionally, the shift supervisor is responsible for the technical training of all personnel on their assigned shift.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in facility operations
Pay
Salary up to $157,500 with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible for a year-end bonus of up to 13%.
