Facility Security/Security Manager
Job Summary
Provides security support through knowledge of DoD Security policies and regulations and experience in all aspects of security requirement standards. Coordinates with Government and Contractor program personnel to create a secure environment through sound security practices and policies regarding acquisition, physical, personnel and documentation security. Assists in writing and updating security classification guides.

Education and Experience: Over 10 years of experience and a master’s degree in the applicable discipline (Skill Level 4), typically working on high‑visibility or mission‑critical aspects of a program and performing duties independently, possibly overseeing less senior staff.
Security Clearance: Minimum active U.S. TOP SECRET clearance and subject to a government security investigation.
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license; ability to drive or rent a car for company business as needed.
Ability to pass a background check to access specific working‑location installation bases for GMRE technical services positions.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, trainings, and/or site visits.
