Facility Sanitation Associate

Full-time pay range: $19.75/hr. Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown and clean production equipment (training provided)
• Clean and mop floors in a safe manner
• Use Zamboni for large floor areas (training provided)
• Clean and maintain sanitation equipment
• Clean lunch/break rooms, hallways, customer seating area, restrooms, and other work areas
• Wash walls, ceiling, door panels and sills, racks, equipment framework, mats, etc.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets inside and out
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
• Follow all written SSOPs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Related warehouse experience is highly preferred
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to read and write English (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred)
• Support and contribute to the overall goals of the Operations Department
• Take initiative and work well independently
• Able to meet goals under tight time constraints
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management
• Follow safe working practices, as instructed

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to carry, lift, and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Required to sit, stand, walk, and climb frequently
• Subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm
• Exposed to outside weather conditions
• Noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate
