Facility Rental

Beginning July 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 School Year, facility and field rates will increase. If you are requesting space after July 1, 2026, please refer to the new rates, terms and conditions listed below.

Process Overview

L'Anse Creuse uses an online software called FMX for all facility use and athletic field requests within the district. All outside groups are required to set up an account and provide liability insurance as part of the application process.

• Create an account using the FMX scheduling link.
• Upload liability insurance covering the dates you are requesting space.
• Once your liability insurance is approved, you will be able to view the calendar and schedule a request(s) for approval. You will receive an email notification that your account has been approved.
• After scheduling a request, an approval process will take place for that specific event. Once your event is approved, you will receive an email notification.

Responsibilities

It is the policy of L'Anse Creuse Public Schools to permit the use of district buildings and grounds by properly organized and responsible groups, provided that such use does not interfere with the regular school day or any school-sponsored student activity.

The following priority order applies for facility use. L’Anse Creuse Public Schools reserves the right to revoke or reschedule previously approved facility use in favor of a group with higher priority:

• School Use
• Community Education
• School Booster Groups
• Other Government Organizations (e.g., Parks & Recreation)
• Community Groups

Use by for-profit organizations will be considered as space and scheduling permit. You must review all provisions of the Rules Governing Use of School Facilities.

Liability Insurance

If insurance coverage is needed, short-term or event-specific policies can be obtained through the following platforms (both allow you to generate special event policies online when L’Anse Creuse is listed as the vendor or rental location):

• EventHelper.com

Once the renter submits payment, the policy and certificate of insurance will be issued and can be sent directly to the school. Costs vary depending on the type of event and expected attendance, with policies starting at $75.00.

Payment

All facility use payments must be made through SchoolPay, which accepts credit or debit card payments. If you prefer to pay by mail, send your payment to:
