Duties And Responsibilities
- Covers with base management and advisory groups to plan long-range development.
- Evaluates work requests for infrastructure projects.
- Conducts and coordinates scoping, site visits, budgetary cost estimates, siting documentation, environmental analysis requests, economic analyses and project scoring analyses for planned projects.
- Provides the primary communication between the installation and higher headquarters to advocate for base priorities.
- Develops and updates project programming trackers, reports, and briefings.
- Prepares, participates in, or conducts briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc. involving project programming issues.
- Performs additional programming and planning requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree in applied science (Architectural/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Planning, or related degree).
- Minimum of 3 years in a related or applicable field.
- Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
- Professional knowledge of engineering/programming concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques to effectively apply theories, principles, and concepts to installation facility space management, planning, and optimization programs.
- Skill in communicating orally and in writing with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 software suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Willing and able to work with customers and coworkers in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
- Maintain a valid US driver's license.
- Committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
Desired Qualifications
- At least three years of experience at a US military installation, other government agency, or similar size and scope facility complex/campus.
- Proficient in use of BUILDER and NexGenIT.

Pay
The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law.
