Facility Planner

We are seeking a highly trained and dedicated Facility Planner to join our team in Springfield, VA. This role involves designing and optimizing physical spaces to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and space utilization studies.
• Design and optimize physical workspaces to support organizational goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand space and facility requirements.
• Develop detailed plans for facility improvements, renovations, and relocations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and Government partners to implement new designs and renovations.
• Develop resource-loaded work schedules across multiple shifts and provide a weekly look-ahead schedule in accordance with PWS Section 2.3.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate design proposals.
• Ensure all plans and executions comply with regulatory standards and health and safety requirements.
• Support and oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI (TS-SCI).
• Proven experience in daily facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated experience developing resource-loaded work schedules across multiple shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and coordinate with diverse teams.

Pay

$125,000 - $150,000
