Facility Operations Manager | Pediatric Therapy
What You'll Do
Provide operational oversight for multiple clinic locations.
Lead, coach, and develop administrative and support service team members.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Oversee scheduling, intake, insurance authorization, benefit verification, and care coordination workflows.
Monitor productivity, scheduling efficiency, utilization, and operational performance metrics.
Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional clinic environments.
Manage facility maintenance, repairs, vendors, inventory, and operational readiness.
Conduct operational audits and implement process improvements.
Analyze data and scorecards to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and service excellence.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide ongoing coaching to direct reports.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Two or more years of management or operations leadership experience
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Healthcare, medical office, therapy, insurance, intake, scheduling, or care coordination experience
- Multi-site operations management

Technical Skills
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

- Data reporting and operational dashboards

$70,000 - $80,000 per year
