Facility Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports project needs including acquisition management and analysis.
• Affords assistance in managing acquisition activities, including timelines, documentation, and performance measures.
• Develops acquisition-related documents per USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations.
• Prepares requirements documentation and assists with Market Research and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
• Aids in creating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs, including market research and price analysis.
• Collections and analyzes data for cost estimation and creates templates for the cost estimating process.
• Develops and tracks cost estimates, leads metrics development, and provides cost estimation training.
• Manages funding, tracks budgets, and submits Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) in SAP and TRIRIGA.
• Supports maintenance and repair planning, provides budget and execution strategy recommendations.
• Maintains data and contract information for reporting, manages task order documentation, and tracks funding.
• Oversees facility MRO program data, maintenance contracts, and building systems.
• Maintains oversight of maintenance work, supports repair solutions, and ensures environmental task completion and documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 or more years’ experience in facilities management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have experience using SAP (ERP System)
• Must have experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System

Qualifications

• Passes pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
• Must be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance
