Facility Operations Assistant 2, FT - Permanent

Duties

• Perform routine custodial cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways and common areas
• Perform light maintenance tasks including, but not limited to changing light bulbs and minor repairs
• Perform seasonal snow removal including shoveling, salting and de-icing walkways
• Supervise five custodial positions
• Oversee custodial supply levels; coordinating ordering and distribution
• Ensure proper use, storage and handling of cleaning materials and equipment

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm

Special Information

• Must possess a valid NYS driver's license

• Salary: SG-9 $42,641 - $52,413
