Responsibilities
- Champion a safe and compliant work environment
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement using our WPMS (Wis-Pak Performance Management System)
- Shape the future with strategic capital and operating budgets
- Be a vital part of our Food Safety and Audit Teams
- Inspire and coach your team to meet production goals and exceed expectations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience
- Strong people and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and other business tools
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future)
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
