About the Role
The Facility Manager oversees the operations of a location(s) to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. This role supports company-wide programs and initiatives while addressing the individual needs of operational teams at assigned locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking location(s).
- Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct the activities of on-site employees, including Assistant Managers and Team Leaders, while ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements if applicable.
- Identify high-potential employees to support organizational growth.
- Process payroll, ensure timely approval of hours, and collaborate with the payroll department and HR Business Partner to maintain wage and hour compliance.
- Execute plans for opening newly assigned locations and oversee transitions from contract acceptance to location opening, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage the financial performance of assigned locations, ensuring adherence to budget and revenue enhancement goals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support business retention.
- Train Assistant Managers and Team Leaders in parking management skills.
- Implement and deliver all contractual requirements between LAZ Parking and clients.
- Assist with operational preparation for potential new locations, including rate surveys and ticket pulls.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports as required.
- Maximize revenue, manage expenses, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Participate in labor contract management if applicable.
- Communicate with local police departments and emergency management teams regarding operations.
- Organize and manage event operations within LAZ Parking.
- Monitor, review, and analyze market rate structures.
- Implement and complete additional projects, programs, and initiatives as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in a management role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Parking management experience preferred.
- Experience with financial statements, accounting, P&L reports, and budgeting.
- Flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs, including occasional work outside regular hours.

Pay
$71,000 salary.
