Then "Essential Functions" list (many sentences). Then "Skills" list. Then "Minimum Qualifications". Then "Preferred Qualifications". Then "Physical Requirements". Then location info: Location: St James Hospital Work City Butte Work State Montana Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $44.99 - $69.44 Then benefits paragraph.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the long paragraph about benefits? Actually benefits paragraph is substantive: "We care about your well-being – mind, body, and spirit – which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package that covers a wide range of programs to foster a sustainable culture of wellness that encompasses living healthy, happy, secure, connected, and engaged. Learn More About Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Here." That's benefits content. We'll keep that.
We need to remove the AI platform paragraph, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "By applying for a position..." etc. Also remove "All positions subject to close without notice."
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph(s) describing role. Could combine the first paragraph and maybe the schedule? But schedule is separate section.
- Responsibilities: the "Essential Functions" list (the many sentences). Could be turned into - items.
- Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements as Minimum Qualifications and Qualifications as Preferred Qualifications? The instructions list sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They want Qualifications separate from Requirements? Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications. We'll follow that.
- Skills: list.
- Benefits: the benefits paragraph.
- Pay: the hourly range.
- Schedule: schedule info (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, Full-time/Benefits Eligible, Scheduled Weekly Hours 40). Also location? Location maybe not a heading; we could fold into About the role or a short p.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for each.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We need to wrap each section:
About the role
then ... maybe combine intro paragraphs.

That's it.
Schedule: "Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Full-time/Benefits Eligible" plus "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40". Could combine.

The instructions only list those headings; we should not create extra headings unless they match those. Physical Requirements not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate into About the role or maybe as a paragraph under About the role? But it's substantive; we could add a
under About the role after the intro? Or we could add a separate section like "Physical Requirements" but that's not allowed. Better to incorporate into About the role as additional paragraph.
Location info: Location: St James Hospital Work City Butte Work State Montana Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 (but schedule already covered). We could add location to About the role paragraph.
