Responsibilities
- Leads teams and directs day-to-day operations with a focus on maximizing production and profitability.

- Selects, develops, and gets the best out of people from all walks of life to execute company objectives.
- Reads, interprets, and enforces complex regulations across safety compliance, environmental standards, scrap purchasing, employee relations, and operational best practices.
- Understands the bottom line — reads financial statements and knows how day-to-day decisions impact the operation's results.
Requirements
- 5 years’ operations, heavy industrial or manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership ability and understanding of business management concepts required.
- 2 years of experience leading a team of production teammates
- Effective communication skills with people at all levels of employees within the organization.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
