Facility Manager - Dyersburg, TN
About the role
As a key leader in our facility, you'll be at the heart of operations—driving safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation. You'll lead the delivery of safe, quality cases on time at the lowest cost. You'll design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks including: Standard Work, Daily Management, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen. You'll build and sustain a high-performing, engaged workforce, drive strategic change with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration, develop and execute annual operating and 5-year capital budgets, monitor KPIs and drive improvements in: Safety, Quality and Reliability, Yield, Line Efficiency, Labor Efficiency, Spending. You'll champion safety initiatives including PPE enforcement and the FIFI (Find-It, Fix-It) program, ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and Food Safety standards, stay current on manufacturing trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience
- Proven success in Lean Six Sigma deployment and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and BI tools
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development
