About the Role

As a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager, you’ll help keep our centers operating efficiently by managing a team of mechanics responsible for pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes, and other equipment. You’ll oversee all center maintenance and repairs, provide leadership to your team, and support the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the bowling center’s day-to-day technical operations to ensure efficient performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Provide training and instruction on machine operation, safety procedures, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety practices and monitor machine stop records to determine repairs.
- Schedule routine maintenance for HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, life/safety, and other building systems.
- Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades, including obtaining bids for routine and emergency maintenance.
- Suggest equipment improvements to reduce environmental impact and cost.
- Remain flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of bowling mechanic experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects as necessary.
- Desire to grow and develop the technical skills of your team.
Work Environment
Typical entertainment environment requiring physical activity such as walking, bending, standing, and lifting objects with some assistance.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
