What You’ll Do
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence by effectively managing teams, vendors, equipment, and facility resources.
- Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards.
- Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation.
- Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts.
Who You Are
- A proven professional with 4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field.
- Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Long working hours
- Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time
- Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

Pay & Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $123,000.00 per year.
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
- Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status.
