About the Role

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control, recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment
• Recommend necessary changes in facilities or equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience at a commercial property
• Knowledge in at least one of the following or similar areas: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and life safety systems
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel
• eMaint CMMS system experience is a plus
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a shift of 2pm - 10pm
