Dae Sung, LLC is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a 6-month temporary assignment at a federal building in Aberdeen, SD.
Pay
$28.84 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience performing general maintenance and repair in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors
- Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound
- Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets
- Paint floors, steps, and sidewalks
- Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles
- Hang doors and install locks
- Replace broken windowpanes
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems, including preventive maintenance, routine service calls, and overall facility upkeep (highly desired)
