We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "Clean Harbors located in Smithfield, KY is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician...". That's about the role. So we can have
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "Clean Harbors located in Smithfield, KY is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician...". That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that description. - Responsibilities: There's a "Responsibilities" heading and a list of duties. We need to put them in
- . The responsibilities list includes many items separated by semicolons. We'll split into list items.
- Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications" heading and bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). We'll put into
- .
- Benefits: There's a "Why work for Clean Harbors?" paragraph listing benefits: Health and Safety priority, Competitive pay and benefits, Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days, Group 401K retirement savings with company matching, Opportunities for growth and development, Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement, Positive and safe work environments. So we can have Benefits section.
- Pay: "Up to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications." That's specific pay info. So include Pay section.
- Schedule: "Shift: Nights (9pm-5am) OR ( 11pm-7am)". That's schedule info. So include Schedule section.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; maybe we can omit Skills if no specific content. The qualifications include skills but we can treat as Qualifications. We'll not create Skills section if no distinct content.
- Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications; but we have Qualifications section already. Could we also have Requirements? The posting has "Qualifications" heading; we can treat that as Requirements? But we need to follow headings list: we can include Requirements if there is content. The posting has "Qualifications What Does it Take to Work for Clean Harbors?" then list. That's qualifications. We could map that to Requirements or Qualifications. Since both headings allowed, we need to decide. The posting includes both "Qualifications" and maybe "Requirements" not separate. We'll put the content under Qualifications. We'll not duplicate.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions (like "Join our team today! To learn more... visit us at https://..."), also the company description after that (the paragraph about Clean Harbors being leading provider etc.) That's boilerplate? It's company overview but might be considered substantive? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview might be considered not boilerplate but could be considered generic. However it's describing the company; might be considered not essential to job posting? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive? It's about the company, not the job. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. Safer to keep? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The company overview is not application instructions. It's not EEO etc. Might be okay to keep. However many similar tasks remove that. I'd lean to keep it as part of About the role? But we already have About the role description; we could append that overview as additional paragraph.
But we must not include "Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer." etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove.
Also remove "Clean Harbors and its subsidiaries are a Military & Veteran friendly company." That's maybe not EEO but could be considered boilerplate; but not listed. Might keep? Safer to remove? The instruction only mentions EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we can keep military veteran line. However it's not duplicated. I'd keep it.
But we also need to remove "Join our team today! To learn more about our company, and to apply online for this exciting opportunity, visit us at https://careers.cleanharbors.com/" That's application instructions; remove.
Also remove the final lines about headquarters etc. That's company overview; not explicitly prohibited. I'd keep it as part of About the role maybe.
Let's extract substantive content:
About the role:
"Clean Harbors located in Smithfield, KY is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to add to the team. The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repairs on equipment throughout the facility. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and self-directed Facility Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our industrial treatment, storage, and disposal facility. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial maintenance experience with hands-on knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping systems, pumps, tanks, heavy equipment, and process machinery. This role is responsible for maintaining critical facility infrastructure, including a tank farm, drum shredding equipment, processing systems, and other industrial assets. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, prioritize work, and complete tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance."
That's all before Shift etc.
Then Shift and Pay: "Shift: Nights (9pm-5am) OR ( 11pm-7am) Up to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications."
We'll separate.
Then "Why work for Clean Harbors?" bullet list.
Then Responsibilities heading and list.
Then Qualifications heading and list.
Then after qualifications there is "Join our team today! ..." which we remove.
Then company overview: "Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout North America. The Company serves a diverse customer base, including a majority of the Fortune 500 companies, thousands of smaller private entities and numerous federal, state, provincial and local governmental agencies. Through its Safety-Kleen subsidiary, Clean Harbors also is a premier provider of used oil recycling and re-refining, parts washers and environmental services for the small quantity generator market. Headquartered in Norwell, Massachusetts, Clean Harbors has waste disposal facilities and service locations throughout the United States and Canada, as well as Mexico and Puerto Rico."
We could keep that as part of About the role maybe as extra paragraph.
Then EEO lines: remove.
Military veteran line: maybe keep? Not EEO. Keep as separate paragraph? Could be part of About the role.
We'll include it as a paragraph after company overview.
Now format.
We'll produce:
About the role

Schedule
Shift: Nights (9pm-5am) OR (11pm-7am)
We need to ensure no extra spaces weird. Also ensure we didn't include duplicated lines. The responsibilities list had some items ending with semicolons; we kept them as is but maybe remove trailing semicolon? Keep as original? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the exact phrasing, including punctuation. The first item ends with a semicolon; we keep it. Check for any duplicated lines: Not seeing. Check for boilerplate: We removed EEO lines, application instructions, maybe also removed "Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer." etc. Good. We kept military veteran line? Not included; we omitted it. We could add it as a paragraph under About the role. Let's decide: It's not EEO, it's a statement about being military & veteran friendly. Might be considered substantive? I'd include it to preserve all substantive info. Let's add a paragraph after company overview. Thus About the role paragraph(s) will include: First paragraph: description up to "while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance." Second paragraph: Shift and Pay? Actually we separated those. So About the role ends before Shift/Pay. Then we could add company overview and military veteran line as additional paragraphs under About the role. Thus About the role will have multipleelements. Let's craft:
Clean Harbors located in Smithfield, KY is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to add to the team. So we can have Benefits section.
