About the role

This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $18.33 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including upkeep and cleanliness of all workspaces.
• Maintain and keep functional all equipment pertaining to aircraft maintenance tooling and ground equipment.
• Maintain a safe and good working environment; keep facility vehicles and ground equipment safe and in reliable operating condition.
• Comply with scheduled, monthly, or weekly safety inspections on equipment or facility per company policy, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Able to work effectively under stress and within tight time constraints.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with the ability to rent and operate vehicles on or off airport property.
• Able to obtain a SIDA badge, as required by the Airport Authority.
• Strong communication skills.
