Facility Maintenance 24/7 AM (

Summary of Objective

Perform general building and maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation and drywall repair
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Basic electrical work and installation
• HVAC PM's and repairs
• Filter changes
• Ceiling tile installation and maintenance
• Assembly of furniture and equipment
• Snow and ice removal
• Know all PCI buildings and grounds
• Recognize and manage work priorities
• Take directions from management and higher level workers
• Identify and order all needed parts using PCI ordering system
• Lead repairs from start to completion
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Paint, spackle, and repair walls at medium project level (entire production suite)
• Perform plumbing repairs and fixtures replacement at medium project level
• Perform carpentry repairs at medium project level
• Assembly/disassembly and installation of furniture at medium project level
• Rigging abilities including heavy equipment relocation at medium project level
• Perform Preventive Maintenance of Air Handlers
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Weld
• Basic Locksmith abilities including making keys
• Work directly with vendors on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and projects
• Basic troubleshooting of all Facilities Equipment/Systems (power, faults, restarts)
• Repair all Facilities Equipment with support of SME's or Vendors for more complicated repairs
• Perform all Preventive Maintenance with SME's or vendors for more complicated PM's
• Make temperature/humidity changes offered by the Honeywell Station system at the Supervisor Security Level

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and operate common computer programs
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak effectively in various conversations; ability to read standard items addressed to general readers
• Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
• Has an official/recognized technical education/training
• Has basic electrical training allowing basic electrical troubleshooting
• Has rigging abilities including heavy equipment relocation at medium project level
• Has a basic understanding of HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, Hot Water systems, Compressed Air systems, Clean Air systems, and Electrical Power systems supporting listed equipment/systems
• Has a good understanding of Facilities Equipment including Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, and others
• Has a good understanding of Honeywell Station modules: HVAC, Fire, and Utilities

Shift: 24/7 AM Friday through Sunday 8 am - 8 pm
