Facility Janitorial Specialist

Location: Middlesex & Monmouth County locations in NJ. Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 PM–4:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, lobbies, gym areas, offices, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, surfaces, and equipment
• Restock restroom and facility supplies
• Use commercial cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Pay special attention to high-traffic areas and overall facility presentation
• Identify and report maintenance concerns
• Perform minor maintenance or facility tasks as needed
• Complete assigned work thoroughly and efficiently without direct supervision

What We're Looking For

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Ability and willingness to work overnight hours
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple company locations
