Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. They evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of critical care experience (preferred)
