Facility & Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Responding to all facility, equipment, and truck maintenance
• Emergency – get equipment up and back on-line
• Preventative – set schedules for preventative maintenance, plan down-time for service, etc.
• Projects (short-term and long-term)
• Inspect materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Report to and work with the direct manager
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work as a backup to production employees when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields is desired
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities, experience in supervision, and team-leading
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player that is willing to work alongside other team-oriented individuals
• Good time management
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Willing to learn new skills and grow both professionally and personally
