Facility Director
About the role
: combine Who We Are and What We Have? Actually About the role could be description of role and organization. Could include Who We Are and What We Have (benefits?). But Benefits separate maybe. Better: About the role: Who We Are + What You Get To Do? Hmm. Let's think: The posting has "Who We Are", "What We Have", "What You Get To Do", "Job Description", "Qualifications". So we can map: - About the role: Who We Are (description of company) + What You Get To Do (role purpose). Could combine. - Responsibilities: Job Description. - Requirements: maybe Qualifications (education, experience). But we also have Skills separate? Could put skills under Qualifications or Skills. - Benefits: What We Have (benefits package, PTO, paid holidays, paid job training, incentives). We should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn responsibilities into list items. Also qualifications into list items. Benefits into list items.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each piece of info.
Let's extract each piece:
