About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations in the designated department, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement nursing education programs for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Current New York State RN license.
• Experience in pediatric primary care preferred.
