Brief Description
Ensures all facility systems and processes function efficiently and comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Provides cross-functional support to branches, departments, and vendors while coordinating daily facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains facility systems, conducts inspections, coordinates vendor work, trains staff, and supports cross-functional operations.
- Verifies incoming supplies against purchase orders: maintain accurate inventory records and restock products.
- Reviews and verifies requisitions submitted by branches and departments.
- Obtains basic price quotes for supplies and equipment.
- Prepares electronic service orders for review and approval.
- Maintains organized supply room and replenishes forms.
- Maintains the record retention storage area.
- Implements, maintains, and troubleshoots systems managed by Facilities (asset tracking, DocuWare, scanning processes, VOIP, etc.).
- Trains Facilities staff on the operation of all systems under the Facilities Department.
- Cover facility inspections to ensure safety, code compliance, and adherence to Bank standards.
- Covers coordination facility needs with branch and department leadership during visits.
- Serves as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring efficient workflow and information sharing across departments.
- Supports vendor coordination by scheduling routine service appointments and verifying work order completion.
- Tracks vendor performance and reports issues or delays to the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facilities & Vendor Manager.
- Serves as a point of contact for facilities-related inquiries.
- Supports Facilities ticketing system by reviewing, assigning, and documenting work order progress.
- Complies with all risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements; complete required training.
- Provides reports and updates to the supervisor and compiles requested data.
Ancillary Functions
- Affirms adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
- Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Skills
- Clear communication in English
- Moderate reading, writing, math, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and PC skills
- Ability to operate general office and facility-related equipment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Requirements
- Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent; business coursework preferred
- Experience: 2–3 years of related experience
Pay
$39,480 - $52,600
