Facility Coordinator

ISS offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Schedule

Approximately 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

The Facility Coordinator serves as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the site, bringing experience to life and enabling a holistic perspective of the workday through strong engagement. As the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, the Facility Coordinator acts as the “face” of our client, delivering unexpected, fun, and personal encounters. Reporting to the Multi-Site Service Manager, this role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and overseeing onsite vendors. The Facility Coordinator embodies brand principles, culture, and values, prioritizing outstanding service in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and communicate professionally with the team, manager, coworkers, and clients.

• Use proper personal protective equipment and present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service, satisfaction, reporting systems, and the work environment.
• Instill trust and demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Serve as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings to identify experiential needs.
• Observe customer company culture, employee behavior, and the environment to tailor experiences.

• Develop relationships with colleagues and gather information on their needs to ensure total satisfaction.

• Conduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, preempt potential problems, and identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• High school or college degree.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a high-touch client environment.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar high-touch environment.
• Proven track record of providing stellar customer support.
• Ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
• Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Ability to create and build positive, productive relationships.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time.
• Walking and inspecting the site for 50% of the time.
