Position Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining clean and healthy environments within our customers’ facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
• Sweep, mop, polish floors, and remove trash
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust surfaces and clean windows as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Travel to and work at multiple locations as needed

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 100% of shift)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear company uniform
• Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect
