About the Role

The Administrator manages daily clinic operations, reporting to regional management, and oversees growth, quality, compliance, partnerships, and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth, patient scheduling, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain certification and quality standards.
  • Coordinate departmental functions, manage documentation, and monitor patient care outcomes.
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment, supplies, and physical environment for safety and sanitation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical staff, partners, vendors, and the community.
  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff; promote teamwork and effective communication.
  • Monitor contractual agreements, oversee safety protocols, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Leadership ability with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous dialysis management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and clinical applications.

Qualifications

For nursing qualifications:

  • RN license.
  • Specific kidney care experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Color vision confirmation.
