About the role
The Administrator oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies, patient scheduling, and operational processes to meet organizational goals.
- Manage financial targets, including budgeting, labor, and supply costs.
- Promote quality management through incident review, staff education, and leading QAPI initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws, maintaining necessary certifications.
- Oversee staffing, staff development, and performance evaluations to ensure qualified personnel.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary environment, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage supplies.
- Foster partnerships with medical staff, community organizations, and vendors.
- Supervise operational readiness, including documentation, patient records, and equipment functionality.
- Lead staff communication, team development, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dialysis management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office; clinical application proficiency within 90 days.
- If nursing qualifications are not met, a qualified Registered Nurse must be designated.
Additional Requirements
- RN licensure.
- Dialysis nursing experience.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to meet state-specific practice requirements.
