Facility Administrator

Purpose

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead a team in an outpatient clinic setting, impacting patient care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring adherence to budgets, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance. You will also develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members to enhance patient satisfaction and team morale.
• Manage the clinic's operations, including financial management, budget adherence, and vendor relationships.
• Lead a team of clinicians to achieve clinic goals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and address employee and patient concerns to support the achievement of regional goals and standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• A current CPR certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Range
