Facilities - Upholsterer II - FT

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary skills related to upholstering to maintain property
• Demonstrate knowledge of upholstery recovering, sewing, wood furniture repairs, and working with fabrics and patterns
• Provide a positive guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years experience in upholstery recovering, sewing, wood furniture repairs and working with fabrics and patterns
• Regularly use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Specific vision abilities required including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
• Routine standing and walking, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying/handling/moving weights of up to 75 pounds

Qualifications

• Preference given to Native Americans, with first preference to Seminole Tribe members and second preference to other federally recognized Native American Tribes members
