Facilities Technology Transfer Engineer

Role: Facilities Technology Transfer Engineer responsible for supporting technology transfer from development to high-volume manufacturing facilities in the semiconductor industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute technology transfer plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities technologies and processes.Partner with Facilities, Industrial, and Planning Engineers to create tool utility databases and utility matrices supporting transfers.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize facility systems, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs.Analyze and communicate program metrics such as utility capacity, transfer costs, and performance to support decision-making.Develop systems and tools to enhance data collection, reporting, and communication during transfers.Provide technical support to resolve challenges, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.Collaborate with Technology Development and Manufacturing teams to assess process changes and facility requirements for future technologies. Qualifications & Skills B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Semiconductor, or related field.3+ years in facilities engineering and technology transfer.Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Autodesk, and coding tools.Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams.Preferred: Knowledge of data science, scripting/programming (Python, PowerBI, Tableau), and experience with digital tools and AI technologies in semiconductor manufacturing.5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
