Facilities Technology Transfer Engineer

Role Overview: The Facilities Technology Transfer Engineer supports the deployment of new technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth integration and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute technology transfer plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Partner with Facilities, Industrial, and Planning Engineers to create utility databases and matrices supporting transfers.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize facility systems, reduce costs, and enhance transfer efficiency.Monitor and analyze program metrics, including utility capacity and transition costs, to inform decision-making.Maintain systems and tools for effective communication, data collection, and reporting throughout transfers.Provide technical support to resolve challenges, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.Assess process changes with teams to define facility requirements and support future technology introductions. Qualifications And Skills B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Semiconductor, or related field.At least 3 years of facilities engineering and technology transfer experience.Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Autodesk, and coding tools.Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams.Preferred: Knowledge of data science methodologies, scripting/programming (Python, PowerBI, Tableau), and experience in the semiconductor industry.
