Facilities Technology TPM

About the role

The Facilities Technology Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads the strategy, roadmap, governance, and cross-functional delivery of connected building technologies across the organization. The portfolio includes CCTV and video surveillance, BMS and building automation, electronic access control, fire/life-safety integrations, and the network and cybersecurity dependencies that support these systems. This role operates at a program and architecture-governance level. It aligns Facilities, Security, IT, EHS, Procurement, site teams, and vendors; converts business needs into coordinated technical programs; manages risks and dependencies; and establishes clear ownership. The TPM is not responsible for routine preventive maintenance or acting as the day-to-day maintenance provider.
