About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical inspections and repairs
- Install and upgrade lighting fixtures
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in facility maintenance or related field
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
