About the role
Families in Transition is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Technician to join their team in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently complete assigned activities related to residential and commercial property maintenance.
- Perform a variety of tasks including general repairs, painting, appliance work, installations, ground maintenance, and equipment preventative care.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
- Be willing to learn new skills and grow with the company.
- Help out other technicians while being an independent problem solver.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Facilities Technician is a plus.
- Pay and Technician level will match experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Maintenance experience with a property management company, including experience with unit turnovers is preferred.
