Facilities Tech (ONSITE)

About the role

A Facilities Technician is needed to join our team in Anaheim Hills, CA. The role involves projects related to the physical facility and logistics areas, including office furniture assembly, employee move-in assistance, facilities work order management, and shipping/receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Builds office furniture and arranges moves for employees and new hires.
• Manages all facilities work orders and shipping/receiving activities.
• Assists site employees with facility-related requests.
• Serves as a liaison between the facility and the property manager to resolve issues.
• Supervises and escorts outside contractors involved in utility system, building, and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Lifts up to 25 pounds with reasonable accommodation; heavier items may require assistance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of facilities, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with hand tools and their proper use.
• Ability to build furniture such as chairs, desks, etc.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $45,600 - $79,800 annually.
