About the role
A Facilities Technician is needed to join our team in Anaheim Hills, CA. The role involves projects related to the physical facility and logistics areas, including office furniture assembly, employee move-in assistance, facilities work order management, and shipping/receiving operations.
Responsibilities
- Builds office furniture and arranges moves for employees and new hires.
- Manages all facilities work orders and shipping/receiving activities.
- Assists site employees with facility-related requests.
- Serves as a liaison between the facility and the property manager to resolve issues.
- Supervises and escorts outside contractors involved in utility system, building, and equipment maintenance and repair.
- Lifts up to 25 pounds with reasonable accommodation; heavier items may require assistance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
- Knowledge of facilities, logistics, and shipping/receiving.
- Experience with hand tools and their proper use.
- Ability to build furniture such as chairs, desks, etc.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Highly organized; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $45,600 - $79,800 annually.
