Facilities Tech II

Responsibilities

• Cleans, tests, and performs preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.
• Solves and replaces faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment, including clearing lines and fixing leaks.
• Checks and repairs specialized equipment such as nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear.
• Fulfills safety checks and uses PPE to ensure compliance with regulatory codes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a trade school.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Other equivalent combination of education and experience.
